Ahh…it was quite the morning. Wake up, make a pot of coffee, get the kids breakfast, and check my email.
To my surprise there was an email from MacProVideo.com saying that they had an exclusive sneak peak at the new unreleased Apple Logic Studio. Logic studio 10, perhaps?
Woo hoo!!! My head was in a euphoric daze as I quickly clicked away at the Youtube link to see the new features that were added to Logic.
Yes, I am a geek and get all giddy when new versions of audio software are realeased – especially if it’s one I own. You now know the truth…use it wisely.
Needless to say, the new features in Logic look promising. Have a look for yourself.
Ooh…April Fools day, how I loathe thee!
I don’t want to say that my soul was crushed, but it was a little. I had forgotten that it was April 1st. It seems I forget this important date every year, and every year I get fooled.
Oh well, at least I had a few short minutes of euphoric excitement and happiness.
As for Logic Studio 10, I have no clue when it will come out.
You may hear that Apple is giving up on Logic and/or it will merged with Garageband – the exact same things that were said right before Logic Studio 9 came out. But I’m sure it hasn’t been tossed to the wayside.
As for me, I will crawl into my small roomed home studio, fire up Logic 9 and try to make music with a huge aching hole in my heart caused by some callous April fools prankster.
Nah…just kidding. By the way, Happy April Fools Day – I hope you’re not as big a fool as I am!
Also, if you use a Mac and are looking for some great tutorials, check out the ones at MacProVideo.com. I had a subscription for a while and I learned quite a bit from them.
